That is the target audience, generic and honestly when I am tired of reading something original, generic manga like this with predictable plots make me smile.
It's sort of like going back to the basics.

Pretty bad series. No real plot, the art is just meh, the ecchi scenes are not stimulating enough and the movement from one scene to the next is awfully awkward.
Feels like the mangaka just threw it together.
