Why are Royal Hearts translating his name as Mac Pyson when it's clearly written as Mag(num) Colt Python?
The authors sure preachy about freedom, but anarchy and freedom are different.
True freedom comes from a system where everyone feels free to do what ever they want, as long as it doesn't impinge too much on the freedom of others. That last part is important because it requires laws and enforcement, nature abhors a power vacuum. Also, a social system that supports its people and a fair way to pay for it all is also important, since extreme poverty is typically not very free, especially with a debt system.
Yaoi is a term to describe porn-without-plot smut doujinshi, in its true usage of the word (which the English fandoms have bastardized to mean the genre of BL that's explicit).
The magazine is shoujo, and thus it's impossible that this would have explicit BL in it.
So what you mean is "I want to follow this, but I am uncomfortable with gay romance because internalized homophobia, and I think the cover yells ho yay".
(For the record, the term "shounen ai" isn't correct in its western usage either.)

Or just get over yourself. Do you think gay people read books and then drop them if they have a heterosexual couple in it?
As far as I can tell, it doesn't look like it has yaoi or BL but then again there's only been two chapters out as of now. I'm hoping for bromance/friendship. I'm getting a brotherly vibe from Mac and Jimmy but I could be wrong
it's published in a shoujo magazine that also has a few shounen-ai in it. do i really want to read the first chapter and maybe get hooked on to it and then having to drop it later?
