i miss this.  Anyone else miss this?

surprising how many people can't get past the art; just fyi it doesn't get less shoujo sparkly style, and frankly what Vorador2 said was very accurate.

the whole point of the series is basically that appearances are deceiving, so if people can't get past the art, i'd suggest the light novels.

it's an amazing story, and it'd be a shame to miss out.

Gotta say it: this is definitely not what I pictured of when I thought of the sun knight. I pictured something more akin to the historical Chinese martial arts novels, long hair, with a thin manly face.

Not some deformed chibi.

With that said, the story is still good, so I'll keep reading.

Some of y'all really need to stop with the rather blatant homophobia here. It may have been marketed with a more shounen-ai-esque artstyle to nab a certain reader demographic, but the plot and characters are not any less interesting and intricate because of it. I find the disparity quite entertaining, personally. But lately, even the covers are starting to get closer to reflecting the layers of intrigue that are gradually building up in this work. If you're the kind of guy who's insecure enough that even seeing something similar to the art of a yaoi comic makes you uncomfortable, you should reflect on why that is - and leave the rest of us eager fans at peace.

That maybe so, but it looks like the manga is milking that angle for all it's wroth! I mean holycrap this chapter x.x I did like the plot and plans though. Sun-knight is such a schemer.

Wow Sun Knight is a true bro. He's going wayy out of his way to help set up Hell Knight with the Princess. (Yeah I know it's for his own reasons, but still!)

While the story can't compare to the light novels (a LOT of information is skipped or just mentioned in a panel), I REALLY love the art of the manga. It's one of the things that keeps me reading this manga. the art for sun and the other holy knights is just awesome.

I really want to play a GDR based games about The Legend of the Sun Knight, with the possibility to unlock the First Generation as Bonus Character, and i'll surely be using the followint party:(spoiler) Grisa Sun (Best Healer/Mage in the game), Carol (First Generation Judgement Knight, for what i know she is stronger than Lesus, because Lesus is the 2nd or 3rd strongest swordman in the story, after Roland and the Son of the War God, and Awaitsun/Silent Eagle the 4th), then Frost Knight (he is strong with a sword, can use Ice magic and has a recovery item like the Blueberry's Tarts that'll give an enormous amount of power to Grisia); If the party would be of 4 or 5 character, i'll be putting also Aldrizzt (he is a strong mage, but Grisia is stronger and can use heal spells) and the shadow priest Charlotte (the only woman tha Grisia ever loved after his Big Sister, yeah Grisia was a Siscon before becoming the Sun Knight); I didn't put Sylvester (first generation Sun Knight), because the only good thing about him is his regenaration power given to him from Ohmygod!, so if Ohmygod would be usable, i'll use him like an equippable item on Carol (so she can tank without problem) or Grisa (so he would really be an immortal)(/end spoiler)

So Grisia wanted to take Roland out for a walk around. Last time he looked suspicious. This time they get in costume. First Grisia goes for the coronation, after he goes with the undead peeps. No complicated rationalizing required XD
