JanimeS is now Sura's Place (http://www.surasplace.com/) and doesn't allow uploading. However, this manga is being published by one of my favorite manga publishers, Seven Seas, under the title Lizzie Newton: Victorian Mysteries:

Whether or not you can afford to buy a licensed series, always ask your local library to carry it!

I love this...
enjoy reading :D .. unfortunately this series has been dropped by the scanlator, JanimeS (http://www.janimes.com/)
And thanks a lot for these chapters xD
Don't worry about it....this was better then nothing.I actually enjoy it. It pretty good.Funny how she when to t crime scene, touch things at the crime scene, touch the dead, and even poke at the dead body's wound when she is only a lady from a rich family LOL (chapter 1 so far)
...I really want to like this one, but the quality is... not as good as one might like. The quality of the scanlation, I'm afraid- the story was just as I expected it. I understand that not all people have an infinite staff, and I appreciate the work JanimeS is doing out of their own time, but as a bibliophile, and a pedant, things like improperly parsed sentences and untranslated bubbles throw me too far out of immersion to properly enjoy the work.

TL;DR: If you aren't a huge language snob like me, and like detective or Victorian fiction, you may well enjoy this story.
where is the chapters?
