Or you could just ignore what is easily the most insignificant part of the manga so far and enjoy the rest like everyone else.
I'm just starting up a scanlation team, so once we're done with our current project, we'll look into picking this up.

I'm saddened I found this too late. A comic pretty much about whaling is an awesome idea.

I really love a lot about this manga, especially the art and world and how it's built but...they really need to either start focusing on other cast members and making this much more of an ensemble piece or actually develop Mika because as things stand he's a really uninteresting character to the detriment of what is otherwise consistently solid writing.
...guess I'll have a lot of time to think about this if scans are stopping.

I have a question for those that still read this manga even saying that they dont like it and find it boring, do you guys find fun in crushing other peoples joy ? I mean if you have a opinion about a flaw in a chapter or the storytelling as a whole i wouldn't dare say anything like I'm saying now, but all the comment that i've read until now are saying this is plain boring and still read it.
If I dont like something I stop reading or watching wichever the case, but here and in other comment sections is like there is people that still read only to post a comment bashing every aspect of the story and start some hate cult, it is trully saddening.

Wow, the MC was able to single-handedly take out four men armed with guns with just his fists! Definitely makes for some interesting reading right there. Not boring and contrived in the slightest. Can't wait for the next chapter where he kills that dragon with just a toothpick.
I have mixed emotions when a beautiful dragon is shown flying on the sky and next the protagonist says "hmm it looks tasty". It must be my ecological consciousness

Sweet, an update. Really dig this cast of characters and the dragons are more imaginative than your standard fare.
