After the initial creepiness, it's actually kind of funny.
Madre mía! Cuanta dulzura...
can anyone translate this in english?
It's definitely a scumbag move.
However, now that there's a serialization, and it seems that that this social awkwardness is going to continue being the central problem-causing flaw in his character, I'm a little better inclined to buy into the author's implication that he just doesn't know how he comes across (and clearly has no idea how to deal with people).
Or, put differently, "he coerced her into marriage and they lived happily ever after," definitely rubbed me the wrong way, but "they married in dubious circumstances and had to overcome a lot of difficulties," could yet be an acceptable moral.
This manga inflicts physical pain on me. Somehow I don't hate it though... Soo... Followed! ( For further research ;D )
Some of y'all are thinking/worring way too much about the details and subtext of everything. Just take their feelings and what they're doing at face value and enjoy the vanilla.
