This is like a manga saotome Roman (skew dance) would write, except with good art.

Howzabout that there manga? I dunno about you, but I like it, and discussions that end in ad hominem debates ain't gonna take that away from me. (I just hated seeing that at the top of the comments each time I came by, so this is to bump that down. Also, FWIW, there is an edit function if you hover your mouse pointer over your own comment.)

BTW, spellcheckermancy wanted me to say "ad hominess," which I purposefully misread as "ad homie." No ad homie attacks! Just because he was in an ad, it doesn't mean he's no longer my homie!

[Edited to change "aren't gonna" to "ain't gonna." Such the em-bare-assing error! Annnd the last spellcheckermancy for this comment iiiiiis....em-bare-sassing! Yaaaay, sleep-punch-drunk Beru! Cheap highs FTW!]

Please, PLEASE before you try to correct me about a subject that I'm currently writing my seminar paper about do some actual research, something more impressive and definitive than a citation-less comic.

Edison was an inventor and yes, he was a bussinessman. Many of his patented inventions were developed by his employees, and many were developed by him.

Citation-less comic? you gotta be kiddin me ..... DO SOME ACTUAL RESEARCH ... ON THE INTERNET , not everything on the book is true , Edison .... excuse my rudeness.... is a bastard son of a bitch CEO who sells other inventions and took the credit

And you , you are one ignorant bastard......

(and this comment may risk me getting warning from the mod or worse , BAN

But for the lord of all electrical shjts , SCREW THAT

AND FUCK YOU SHAWN, fuck your ignorancy (<<< i think i just made that word up ) )

Nope. Most of the stuff he "invented" were things he licensed or copied and put his name on it.

2nd chapter was funny enough at least.

When it comes to electricity, yes. Edison did, however, nearly single-handedly lay the groundwork for modern audio-visual media.

Tesla was a brilliant scientist and specialist. As a general inventor, I'm going to have to hand it to Edison.

yea but Edison really didn't invent much himself his company did and he got all the credit for it. meh whatever

Huh? Is there any problems with it?

Isn't it just an hairpin or something along that line?

The ones you see are but she has and actually screw lodged in her brain

Gags are good but this needs to explain how she got a screw in her head, PLOT either kind of plot it just seems to be screaming for it!

Tesla > Edison

@Saphsin
But I believe you couldn't draw fast enough to be serialized weekly.
dat face
INVENTION MODE
this seems to be a attempt to get a new Gag-manga in the WSJ-lineup ... the art and the 26 pages for a first chapter are (judged from what i learned from Bakuman) hinting towards that...
not really my case of humour... but maybe it gets better ?
.......what the is wrong with the WSJ committee members, it looks like anything can be accepted into the magazine now, hell even I could write a better story than this.
Tesla > Edison
Pink-haired air-head girl who has a huge rack and can invent weird gadgets... hmm...

Lala Satalin Deviluke?
It sucks.
Jump should change the first letter to "D". It is like a parody on 80's gag manga .
P.S. I was bought by a screw in the head on the cover. Thought it was connected to
