They're not missing, but there's something up with the chapter numbering. Something about tankoubon and the magazine numbering the chapters differently or something. Anyway, don't worry, there are no chapters missing; after chapter 4 you should read chapter 8.

Feeling the need to broadcast my set of reactions with the chapter 11 update.

1) ...You're kidding. Did I read that right? Serious? It's been updated? Brain is short circuiting. I can't... *starts reading*

3) I'M SO EXCITED FOR THIS. 

4) Hang on, okay, calmed down, let's go back to the start of the chapter and actually read.

No doubt ch.8,9 and 10 are somewhere.  Anyone have an idea where?

Ah, never mind.  Poking around, at the scanlators' site it says this is the next chapter it's just a difference because tankoubon and stuff.

I like to read any mangas with a nice art style and a good story.  Normally I avoid yaoi as it is too explicit for me.  (I avoid all clearly 'hentai' stuff, no matter what pairings are in it...I just don't like the explicit stuff.)  But shonen ai often has the most delicate, sparkling little details that often it feels fresher than reading standard shoujo.  This story is a great example.  The characters are all really interesting, both the boys AND the girls, and it doesn't slam one gender while making the other look like the be-all and end-all...that's really nice.  It feels well-rounded and I'm very interested in what's going to happen, though I'm not sure what that is, yet.  I'm wishing everyone well so far, except for that horrible cousin of Sakura's.

I feel like I should be linking [Phil Collins - You Can't Hurry Love] here, just to be that person. So I have.

On a more relevant note, I can't get over how refreshing it is to not have a dunce as a main character. First time I read it I was surprised each time Yuiji demonstrated the capacity to think and notice things about other people. And to think before he speaks. And while he does get the "I'm the MC I have magic words to heal people's souls, 'cuz I'm obviously the only enlightened person here," moments, it doesn't feel forced because of his inner dialogues and character flaws he acknowledges - because yes, even high school boys are capable of introspection. And others get it too! Imagine that - other characters capable of learning and having insight. And not just there to fill space.

I'm a little suspicious of how this will all turn out considering this mangaka's others works, but for now I'm going to enjoy the character and relationship developments.

On another note, Nacchan is adorable.

I was assuming he meant the popular, though moronic, serial-seduction manga "Minamoto-kun Monogatari".

What I have to say is: My work here is done.

And while the story is lax, Mina-monogatari's artist can draws some very nice tracts of land...
