Tanks often have extra pages, it might just be that, and not major screwups at manga box. They're doing it as it is released in the magazine. Extra stuff always comes in the final version.

ok i read all the manga in this day, my stupid theory is: Misaki is his real arranged partner choose by the govern not Lilina (but end to fall in love with her anyway) Yukari (well look at is name) as been choosen as experiment to see if the system calculation really work or no despite all.
I started reading this manga because the anime just started and it had an interesting premise
I notice that batoto does not have this one in english, even though other sites do have it in english
I do have to say that I am waaaaaaayyyyyy less than impressed with MangaBox's scanlation of this manga ... I do hope most in here are not paying members of MangaBox because they are being ripped off ... MangaBox did not bother to translate ch 4.5 ... and did not bother to translate the last 8 pages of ch 6
I am still going through comparing what is available with the tank scans ... I have no doubt I will find LOTS more screw-ups by MangaBox

que bueno que agregaron capitulos, aunque no tiene muchos seguidores dado que esta en español, es muy bueno al menos yo creo que hay algo entre misaki y nisaka, la prometida que no esta enamorada del prota dando su bendicion para que los otros dos se anden repartiendo besos.

This manga (and many others) are available officially through Mangabox. From their website you can read the first and last chapters released, and to read the rest you need to install their mobile app (it's all free).
