Chapter 119 once again emphasizes the unwarranted lack of faith and trust that Chiyo has in Igarashi as a boyfriend. On the other hand, Igarashi once more proves himself to be a sincere and caring boyfriend (as well as oblivious to attention and interest paid to him by any female other than Chiyo).

If, in fact, he remembers her cell phone number (or she remembers his, for that matter)... Regarding remembering phone numbers, here's a comment I posted in the Perfect Honeymoon comment section:

Actually, I buy it. My cellphone goes dark after about 6 hours of light use, but a lot quicker if I'm looking stuff up or browsing. If my cellphone is fully charged 100% when I hit the hay, when I get up in the morning 6 hours later, it's down to 88% all on its own without being used at all. If Igarashi didn't charge his cellphone last night (and who knows how drained it was then, it could have been very low), and now it's already 9pm the next night, probably 20 - 24 hours later, it's perfectly believable that the battery would be drained. It may be stupid on Igarashi's part to forget to charge his phone, but not an unbelievable situation.

As for mangadex, I created the Koi Inu page, my id and group, and "successfully" uploaded chapter 118 (according to the upload page), but it hasn't shown up. No idea why, and there isn't a lot of help available (that I could find). I did find one email address, but who knows when (or if) I'll get a response to the email I sent them.

Chapter 117 will most likely be the last chapter of Koi Inu that I'll get to upload to batoto.

I hope you all have enjoyed the series (despite its aggravating moments). For me, not only has it been a great learning experience as it was the first series on which I worked as a scanlator, but I have thoroughly enjoyed watching Igarashi and Chiyo mature and progress in their relationship. It is my favorite romance comic.

Although I agree with this, I would also say that it might have more prudent for Chiyo to have gone to the reunion with Igarashi to protect her interests from the prying eyes and roaming hands of any unattached (or even attached) females. Not that Igarashi would have the faintest interest, but we know how jealous Chiyo gets if another women simply looks at Igarashi...

I thought that that magazine might have just been an innocent leftover from Yousuke and Kazuma's visit to Igarashi in the hospital back in chapter 44, but, comparing the covers, it looks like they, too, already knew what Igarashi's fetish is...
