Yes, excellent explanation. Though there is a valid safety reason why students shouldn't wear hats, let alone paper bags, to school (I know, because I used to wear hats back in hs and got yelled at whenever I forgot to take it off when entering school), Prez seems to be going on a totally different track from the original intention of disallowing hats. Just imagine, guys, how easy would it be for a threatening individual (terrorist, if applicable) to sneak into the hs wearing a paper bag and uniform in imitation of Matsubara-kun? Then, if he pulled a gun out and all cameras record him...wearing a paper bag on his head to hide his identity... In my high school, the security people wanted a clear view of everyone's faces to make sure that the people who entered were students they recognized. Or for teachers to make sure students pay attention in class (not hiding earphones) or not block other students' view of the board. (actually, I'm not really sure for the classroom reason, especially when only serious teachers enforced it, if only because they're required to.)

Ok, it might be possible that he is some foreigner-mix, and he was tormented as a kid. So he think's he's ugly and has to hide his face or bad stuff would happen to people around him. Or, he was tormented so much he scarred for life, doesn't want to show his face, less others judge. 

 

But then again, who knows?

For sure he is a bit pompous, but I don't think its because he thinks he's superior in of itself, he's just so straight-laced and inflexible that he feels an explanation is required for any violation of the rules.

Same. I first read this on another site, so I haven't been able to catch up when I switched to Batoto. Definitely making sure I'm following this properly now.

Thanks for all these fast chapters Fred. We appreciate the hard work.

Based on what I see in manga frequently (and this may apply in real life too), if only we could see things from our friends' perspective, things would go much more smoothly and quickly LOL.

Chapter 11 makes a running total of 3 chapters is six days! But don't expect another chapter soon. Chapter 11 will be our last release until amplified returns home from a 10-day trip to Japan (I'm very jealous) and has time to do some more translating. It shouldn't be very long though.
