Well tbf Airu was raised like that by what we saw, unlike Inudzuka who seemed to have way more freedom since the parent's wanted Airu to be the successor to the family.
Airu was raised a la old style Japanese household, harsh and strict, it's not like he doesn't like Inudzuka he just want's him to be stronger and behave in a way that brings no shame to the family name, he knows Inudzuka has potential like him but after a week of training Inudzuka he sees no progress, so he obviously thought Inudzuka was taking things easy, how would he know that Inudzuka was hurt?
I wouldn't be surprised Perucia gives Airu a run for his money tbh, there is no proof Perucia is weaker than Inudzuka , especially with the sword, she is supposedly from a very prestige family, most likely of swordsmen.
I don't think his pride as a man and her boyfriend essentially if she beat his brother when he couldn't no matter how hard he trained and fought. I can see one or two chapters conflict because of that pride.

It must be Shonen Jump, considering literally every one of their magazines is a cliffhanger.

Every chapter was pretty full of stuff, once its weekly its gonna be cliff after cliff every god damn chapter.

The Perucia in the intro page looks completely different. I like it.
Is the change to a weekly serious proof that the series is doing well? Or was it motivated by a different reason?

It's only 5-10 pages of a difference. This chapter was a bit over 30 pages, so not much more than the weekly releases.
And the plot WILL move faster... because there will be about 60 pages more per month than in the monthly magazine.
As Abedeus said, it's more that we've been introduced to far stronger characters than those in the first years. It's worth remembering that he blew everyone else in his year the fuck out during the sports festival.
I'm sure her defeating him is going to make Romeo feel a lot better......NOT!
Anyone else having mixed feelings about the weekly releases? sure its nice not having to wait for 1 month for each chapter, but i have found that weekly magazines force the plot to move in a rushed way....at least this is not a shonnen action manga, those are ironically the ones whose plot suffers the most in those cases.
And of course there is the fact the chapters are shorter, and there is only so much the mangaka can ilustrate in 19 or 20 pages.
Page 7: first panel sounds wonky, "why do I need to be with these stupid people".
Page 8: an honor. Restrain yourselves.
Page 9: hide in or inside the forest.
Page 14: one even too many.
Page 15: "the meal" refers to singular meal, it probably should be "meals" or "food" in general. Also "women's bath".
Ayyy... grammar and tenses all around, man. Shoulda just asked me to check this chapter (especially since either typesetting or cleaning took quite a while), 'cause this ain't on the level.

Chapter 22 left me heartbroken. I actually thought that finally a heroine had the guts to stand against the crazy jealous friend who lways seems to have every right to stand between the main characters, even when they are an astablished couple. But in the end no, it was all a misunderstanding. Sigh.
I can already tell his married life will be miserable.
I feel sorry for Teria-chan but i ship the main pair ...

Most of the names here is a reference to a cat or dog name. For this case, it's "Somali Cat"
