This is from Nichio Ishin's "Monogatari" series. One of the character's draws manga. . . at some point. . . and this is supposed to be what they drew. And yes, the fact that it's super full of cliche's and sparkles is fully acknowledged within the "Monogatari" series.
The circumstances behind this manga are fairly important to the plot at one point so I won't go into the details of when or why it was made.
I'm pretty sure this is just a troll manga by Nishio Ishin to put as many cliches in manga as possible. If this was a serious manga, I would kill myself from how bad it is.
