She seem to have inconsistency with the pacing and buildup, so parts are going at a good speed, then it speeds up too quickly without slowing down for the romance to catch up. It speeds through to the end.
Since its 11 chapters, I really felt there were enough panels and pages for progression, but she didn't make good use of it. She could've used the panels more wisely to show more character depth.
There was almost no character Growth, if that's what people are looking for.
I feel this had a decent start. It's a parody of bad boyfriends, but I personally don't see the chemistry between her and kazuma.
There's a quote in the manga, "to fall in love naturally without effort."
But to translate that to words and drawings is difficult. You have readers who may or may not see/relate to the scenario. If you meant naturally, then any random interaction can cause people to fall in love.
That can happen irl, but at the same time, you want your readers to "buy" your idea, to "relate" to your scenario on how they fell in love.
I don't buy it. It could just be me though. They 'fell in love' through the most forced and least natural way anyways, a forced kiss.
Sure, that can lead to some tension, thinking about the kiss. And I can somewhat SEE the girl thinking about it. But it feels too fast to call it "love" though.
Most mangas don't do a decent job showing the guy's pov, so we can't see how he "falls in love" as well, to make it "equal" in terms of a relationship with 2 people.
Kazuma's character felt very flat. He's a player, but there wasn't a good representation of that, and he mostly looked expressionless.
He does things out of character too fast, and when they got together seem to throw away all his "frivolous traits" which seem unbelievable.
The end was cute, I'll give Nakajima that. She does seem to have decent endings but, to me, it's not her best work.
Skip.

Yeah it's obvious by the cover.....................
I'll have to give this one a few chapters. I hope the female MC isn't a total tard, but we'll see. From this prologue, it seems as if she has some backbone.
I smell a triangle.
