Not sure if serious or gag manga.
edit: Read it all, still not sure. Feels kind of like if someone like Umezawa Haruto decided to write a Gundam story.
Now this has gotten my curiosity.
Japan missed the opportunity to name this:
"The little Acguy(s) that could"
Jokes aside, it's not bad, even thought the ending is quite ridiculous.
