It's a joke. That's a modern-day guided missile launcher. Obviously, it doesn't exist in Kancolle's WW2 era.

For those, who wonder what is that card? It has a similar design image with Type 33 Radar. In the game it gives you +5 Accuracy and +7 LOS. I don't have in game image, sorry. the only radar I have is Type 21 radar from Isuzu.
In fact, it's so similar in concept I'm surprised Wani Books (publisher of Battleship Girl) didn't sue Kadokawa for it. That said, I've read until Vol. 2 and I gotta say the manga is inferior to the backstory and characterizations already put in Kancolle. You can really fall in love with the girls in Kancolle, but the characters and themes in Battleship Girl just annoy me.
What's interesting is that Yukikaze (the sort-of main character of Battleship Girl) also happens to be a staff favorite in Kancolle (highest luck stat), while getting special treatment in Arpeggio (she's the only destroyer with a Mental Model), mostly thanks to the original ship's reputation of being lucky and unsinkable. She was one of the few Japanese destroyers who survived the entire WW2. Not bad for a tiny ship that fought more battles than any other ship in the war.
A better summary of the Kongou sisters:
- Kongou: BUUUUUUURRRNIIIIING LOOOOOOOVVEEEE
- Hiei: Siscon, specifically onee-con
- Haruna: Goddess
- Kirishima: Class rep
This is more like Battleship Girls. But better design.
Aww snap. FOLLOW! dam I would like to play this game but I can't find english version. This game remind me of War of Human tanks.
Different, Aoiki Hagane have humanoid-form of the ship's 'brain' so to speak, while Kankore the ships are like if giant sized girls rip a ship into pieces and put some of the weaponry/ship parts on them like some kinda costume (trust me they look better than that description)

Ok, it seems it's coming from a card game with moe battleships (just like that Battleship Girls thing).
And... it's pretty well-drawn? Mixing 4k and standard formats. Otherwise, I think it's more or less the same "cute girls doing cute things". But man, there's a huueeeg amount of kantai stuff out there.
