LOVE IT
It's probably better than what i had expected with those low ratings.
Humor is good enough, drawing style is very expressive, something I haven't seen a lot around here, though the scans aren't of the best quality. Like a lot of anything related to kancolle, it tends to overuse the ships' lines, to the extent that one would think they aren't capable of saying anything else.
Gotta love that p26 line tho.
