well that was defenetly interesting and i kinda have mixed feelings about the ending not for what happened but for the number of sealed boxes...

They just took some big names and put them on random character designs (not random characters, there is not enough characterization to say that).
It would at least work better for me if I didn't cringe each time anyone calls a name.
There is willing suspension of disbelief, and then there is "why did they even use that name if they wanted us to forget everything we know about that guy?"

Not sure how good of a relationship John would have had with Richard when John launched a rebellion while Richard was on a crusade.

This work requires a willing suspension of disbelief. While translating this, I look past the character's actual history, and focus on the art style and story told by the author (as well as how cute John is)

Yeah I knew that, but this manga is not so recent, if the author used the old info it will be a royal.
And who says the royal family haven't made fakes proofs for finally removing that bad stain from their history? They are damn good at it after all.
