That new coach deserves a lot more hate than Hime/the rich girl, tbh. A right cuntface and that attitude sums up everything wrong with grassroot sport.

And as if a relative midget isn't considered the greatest player in history, nor the team most people consider the greatest ensemble ever doesn't half have several of them.

Chapter 1, Page 6.

Instinct

( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Fact is stranger than fiction, it could be worse.

Reviewed this manga, but can't make a forum post on it so here:

I didn't say much in the review and I won't say much here. It's a really good, really sad story. I love it.

That just broke my heart!

I read the series with like dread crawling up my back fearing something awful would happen but instead we were shown a sad tale of an unfortunate girl and a boys desire to help her.

Author captured the emotions of the kid and his frustration in his inability to do anything well.

I'd have really liked to have seen a epilogue however but I'm glad I read it. Stories told during a youths summer always end up very dreamlike don't they?

I wanna beat that father. "Tired of the family life" How could you?!

And I'm only crying because of the onions BAKA!

i really wanna beat the shit out of her useless dad

i really wanna beat the shit out of that useless dad of hers

Its a terrible day for rain.

(You bet your ass I'm buying this.)

For those not aware, this series has been licensed and comes out Tuesday, April 19th, 2016.

I-I-I'm not crying, y-you're c-crying!

That was so beautiful, I was a bit reluctant when I read that he's around 11 years old, but I am so happy I stuck to it and finished it!

Incredible story.  This has to be one of the most touching manga I've ever come across.  The story is even more poignant for being realistic, as there are plenty of scumbags in the world, as well as some very good people as well.  I especially liked the ending; very realistic, yet full of hope.

Çeviri için teşekkürler, güzel bir seriydi.

That deadly japanese truck made my heart jumped for a second.

I can keep reading this over and over, it's just as beautiful each time.

my god that was wonderful, who says you need 200+ chapters to tell a good story

ah,

finally finished..

and i felt no shame shedding tears for them

I swear, the last ten or so pages were hard to read due to my bawling.

This was freaking beautiful.. :/

I hope someday this gets an epilogue

Well, it may be a little difficult. The volume in question is currently in sale, and no extra material were added.

That was amazing T_T

Onwards now! To read everything else by this author!

GEM !

Wow i am blown away. This story is so fantastic. I wish there were more of this caliber and that this work will get the recognition it deserves.

I read this from beginning to end last night (slowly, mind you, because every bit needed to linger in my mind), and the whole story is still tugging at my heart strings. So, so lovely. I'm hoping for more elegantly crafted stories like this from this mangaka in the future.
