just started this manga, already in love with the female MC, her crazy eyes are the best!! also she looks badass and fun, so yep, gonna keep reading.

also is from the autor of barrister and deadroll, so I know I'm gonna read some good things.

Just marathoned it up to the latest chapter. Pretty good but the main girl is getting a bit boring. Every scenario ends up exactly the same.

 

I also didn't like how the idol girl who is a total bitch got off basically scot free while the guy trying to save the school from the evil president got cut down.

 

Oh and also the bets start getting a little stupid. I mean shooting each other? Throwing yourself off a tower? Really?

 

Other than that it's still pretty enjoyable. I'm a sucker for "Here's a game but with a twist, let's see how it plays out" scenarios which this is built off of, so I can kind of look past the faults. Definitely following.

The Idol thing really has to do with the Japanese pop/idol culture their are really hardcore fans like that.

Does anyone else suspect that the Council President and Yumeko are sisters? It's so conveniently mentioned (and how does the President know to ask the vice-President to investigate anyway?), part of the President's name is the same as Yumeko's, their personalities are described as similar, and if you look at their fringes, it's the exact same fringe.

That would be interesting, but from what I've read there is too much against that to be true.  Though they may be related in another way.

yep and this months chapter was really sick now I hope for Yen to pick up Kakegurui Twin xD

Yeah, that + the fact that - in my opinion - no scanlation group would actually take their time to typeset the official english title onto the volume cover (in the same exact place as the Yen Press version.. not to mention the same chapter titles : click). Meh, I really wanna read it, but I don't wanna support something like that in here. ^^

I just noticed small print of Copyrighted material on bottom right of the pages, which didn't exist in Volume 1/2 , so it is very likely.
