It isn't.
But this series/manga is one of the more realistic stories once you look/research past the general anime badassery fluff. The post-Cold War world arms dealer marketplace is/was so crazy that a lot of stories were considered to be pure fiction...

ending to the anime was not as epic as i had hoped,still fairly decent the only thing that was so unrealistic is Koko's big surprise towards the end it was a little to far fetched.
Well, it's nice to see Jormungand get some attention, but the quality of this translation is a bit low. The English doesn't flow comfortably at all.
