The art is nice and it has potential, but it feels kind of predictable...
...this is pretty bad. High and mighty kid volunteers for the slums completely ignorant of the local customs/behavior/situation and immediately picks a fight... with a co-worker. Yet, somehow he's the one who is 'untainted'?

Art's nice. Lots of backgrounds, good lines, variety of perspectives to keep scenes rolling.
The drama feels kinda flat. Of course he was gonna pick a fight with someone in the that sleeze filled environment. Fine. Sure. But why wasn't the kid told that there was a full squad of these Raven dudes before he goes and stirs up racism? And then they don't even get to fight after super special ability is about to be pulled out. There are better ways to kick things off. It made up for it shortly thereafter, but I still felt miffed.
Way too early to give a proper verdict though.

The title and MC reminds me of Code:Breaker and Toki (Lost form), respectively.
