i cant even find the read button lol

i cant even find the read button lol

somehow i got the pizza mozzarella song stuck in my head just by reading it lol

Worst part in the series. A pretentious mess that threw out everything that made previous parts so great. At least JoJolion is good and suitable goofy.

Wait, wait, wait. Battle Tendency has the best JoJo in it how can anyone NOT think highly about it?!

I think that SBR and Stardust Crusaders are so much overrated (good, but overrated). SC for terrible MC (imo, he's much better in the rest of the series), and geriatric Joseph Joestar (heck, even in DiU he feels more useful), and SBR... This whole premise is interesting but all that Zeppeli Rotation crap looks like Hamon/Ripple 1.1. It feels so weak, especially after brilliant Stone Ocean.

lol

Also stop fucking with the tags people.

It's refreshing to see someone else who thinks so highly of Battle Tendency. Stone Ocean doesn't rank that highly on my list personally, mostly because the ending feels like a cop out. But at least you're not endlessly singing praises for DiU. That has to be one of my least favorite JoJos for the exact reason you praise your top Jojos; it just didn't have the "journey" aspect to it. DiU just doesn't feel like it "goes" anywhere. It feels like the villains hunt down the protagonists, not the other way around (except for the rat). Josuke and co. seem clueless the whole series as well, only surviving through Jotaro's guidance. Sorry, DiU fans, I respect your love for it, but I feel it got way overblown, especially when the anime for it came out. Haven't read JoJoLion yet, but... BT>SC>SBR>SO>VA>PB>DiU

Niceu niceu, very niceu, and a very satisfying ending for me.

I'm literally crying right now, That ending is so dramatic. Thank you... Araki

WARNING: Steel Ball Run spoiler. Don't read this message unless you've finished Steel Ball Run.

Spoiler

love it

Spoiler alert! The only problem I have with this is that they mentioned Speedwagon's existence but never showed him ;-;

(SPOILER ALERT)

It was only a company's name. Also, Mountain Tim is basically Speedwagon in SBR. Notice the scar. Spoiler tag doesn't seem to work. Sorry.

BT=SO(different enough i consider them on the same level)>SBR>DIU>VA>SC>PB

heck... now that i think about, maybe stone ocean i sthe best jojo and sbr and bt are actually the 2 ones on the same level, but still, they are so far my favorite ones these 3, one for stands, one for non-stand techniques, and one that crosses the bridge.

I finished it!  Time for part 6... lol.

I fucking loved every page of this part, sorry I just finished right now and I cant find the words to describe how I feel. But one thing is for sure, I have watch and read all the jojo's bizarre adventure saga and this could be my favourite part forever.
Funny Valentine did nothing wrong

High Voltage was an unneeded arc.

sounds like someone doesn't know anything about narrative structure. did you expect him to go home without finishing the steel ball run? you know, the titular race and central plot device? did you think he would leave without finishing the things left unfinished? christ, what a stupid observation

Steel Ball Run truly shows the masterpieces that Araki can create. The art style, the characters, the main plot, the foreshadowing or symbolism, etc. While the JoJo was not as great as Jolyne (my favorite JoJo), Johnny deserves to be ranked second or third, in my sincere opinion. Johnny wasn't exactly the protagonist for this part, which was a breath of fresh air. It was my favorite JoJo character: Gyro Zeppeli. Ever since the beginning, there is no reason to hate this guy. His back story is great, his design is beautiful, his ability and personality are flawless, and his relationship with Johnny and other people make him feel real and fleshed out. The villain is flawless also, like all other JoJo villains. He is definitely fighting against Pucci and Diavolo for first place. I cried during the end, and I'm not much of a crier. Steel Ball Run is a story that I'm sure will never be surpassed. It truly was a bizarre adventure.

read this right after stone ocean, i admit that i liked stone ocean a lot more but this... sbr... it has left something to me that stone ocean did not.... the feeling of a journey, it gave it perfectly, how?

you have to understand, this is still a journey that took place in 4 months.... in real life anyone would shoot a couple jokes here and there, talk about useless stuff and about how to get food, water or sleep... these are all things that were lacking in previius jojos, as they were not taking part in a survival journey(with part 3 bieng "partly" an exception)

also the characters.... while the fights themselves were much less iconic and "persevering" than other jojos, the characters themselves and their backstories were just so much more intriguing, i cried in almost every chapter, it was amazing, i even was almost cheering for the enemy at the end so much that araki made a great job at giving a reason to every character.

i don't think this is the best jojo, but it is definitely up there, i'd say my list as of now is something like this:

BT=SO(different enough i consider them on the same level)>SBR>DIU>VA>SC>PB

heck... now that i think about, maybe stone ocean i sthe best jojo and sbr and bt are actually the 2 ones on the same level, but still, they are so far my favorite ones these 3, one for stands, one for non-stand techniques, and one that crosses the bridge.

One of the most beautiful & masterfully told stories in manga history ♡♡ The story characters setting eveything, such a beautiful fun amazing funny bizarre journey, i loved the bond and friendship between Gyro and Johnny. So amazing and made me feel all kinds of emotions. One of the best jojo parts, period!!! ♡♡♡
