I can't really tell if it's really nice or really boring; for now it looks like your almost ordinary japanese-culture-based comedy. Either way, it's original, and I need more chapters. I wonder how the lion wife treats the husband!
I find the lion endearing, because he is a lion. I'm not sure I can say the writing is otherwise that compelling; it seems to be a fairly low-key comedic slice-of-life about the workplace and life. One of those ever-so-subtly slightly depressing ones. Only with a lion in it. Which is nice.

The absurdity carries it for a chapter or two but then it gets boring.
