they actually get updated more regularly than this they just don't end up on Batoto for a while, follow the SexyAkibaDetectives tumblr and you get the updates as they come
Speaking of her, rereading the chapters, S.A.D. seems to vary her surname between "Ushiwaka" and "Ushikawa". Both the kanji and the anime suggest the former, so it may just be the typo gremlins.
That said, come for the awkward yuri glances, stay for the slapstick and fourth-wall leaning humor. [Happy ponytail wagging.]
