TLR was made back before 2010, but because some shit that the author was put through (trust me, he went through some really messed up situations), the series was put on hold. Then comes TLR: Darkness (is that right?) to which the story continues despite having a complete ending, but hey, if you don't like it then ignore it. I for one stopped reading after the first run ended.

This is the ripoff, not TLR.
this was a breakout serialization. It's not that it got the axe; it wasn't intended to run for more than 2 years in the first place.
