I think the worst is the Orc (and the humor). I think they tried to make the Orc cute but the result is just horrible, IMO it's the worst orc ever seen.

Yeah this specific artist does many short stories, sounds more like he is doing a new series more so than a new chapter. maybe if you checked his pixiv account you'd have the necessary information to interpret that tweet properly.
I just checked his Twitter, he said that he has an idea for a story but hasn't drawn anything yet. So I don't know where you're getting your info.
