I remember going to the site that his webtoon was on a couple of months ago, and it was hovering somewhere in the top three. So this is pretty good news.

From what I read on another site, it said If the webtoon he is working on is successful then he might rework ID. So chances are it will be another year before we see a chapter and that if his current webtoon become successful. So while I'm happy to hear that there is a possibility for ID revival, I'll just wait and see.

publisher went bankrupted and I only know that from what the forums on baka updates forum's peeps posted on there. So there is no word on to whom is picking up the series but it's a shame that this series got stopped to the publisher going bankrupted.

figured I might as well respond to this.  Been a while since I heard anything on id, so I went and did some googling.  Not sure if this will interest anyone else, but

tl;dr AT kenny is starting/started a webtoon and if that ends up being successful, he might start working on id again supposedly.  

I love this series, even if I'll never see the end. Haven't found too many manga/manwha like it, and those that I have just don't measure up in my opinion. A solid story, interesting characters, rich world, and unique lore all make this a breath of fresh air from the plethora of mary sues and escapist fantasies which dominate fantasy manga/manwha these days. That being said....


This series's one major downfall is that it feels like there's too much going on on the pages. The art is unique and beautifully detailed, but that same detail has a real tendency to turn into clutter with the slightest hint of movement or action. Which, in an ACTION FANTASY STORY, is kind of a big deal. If you stop and analyze what's going on you can eventually grasp what you're looking at, but doing it for every single page is way too tedious and ruins the flow of what should be mind-blowing epic combat. Instead you'll be much more likely to just skim the action, and so the majority of battles feel like the visual equivalent of white noise. At least to me.

But it's such a shame not to conclude this manhwa. Probably one of the best fantasies I've ever read.

Caught up from the beginning in 2 days and I see the last chapter was put up in 2012. D: NOOO. 

I can't tell if the MC is a guy or a girl, why I can't tell if its a guy or a girl? This series confuses me and its scaring me.

He says he's male pretty near the beginning.  My biggest problem was...what the heck is with that first chapter?!  There's no introduction or anything, it's just, "Hey, I'm a guy...in a forest...talkin' to mah sword...doin' stuff."  Okaaaay...not the strangest beginning...until...

...does it get any better after the first 8 chapters or so?  Maybe by chapter 10?  And is that not one of the most presumptuous titles you've ever heard?! Maybe the next one will be titled, "The Next Awesome Story I Wrote!"  Ah, but the art is nice, at least.
