It would be funny if in that story, the story's Boss would reach the same point as the reader Boss, leading to an infinite recursion. The possibility of him getting enough information before that happens (and/or is wise enough to avoid falling into an infinite recursion) exists, but the idea itself would be funny.
I intentionally dismissed the title drop as something not serious (and even if I were to think about it seriously, how would information about him before the time warp be even available?), it was a bit harder for me to think that Boss would miss the chance to analyze Roxanne's speech/eyes/heartrate/etc to check if she's telling the truth, though. But he could be just too confused to consider that.
I liked the unexpected (and funny) twists the series is taking. Looking forward to see what will happen with the current timeline's 02, 03 and Boss. Especially since there should be two sentient Bosses now.

Hmm, technically it still could be alternative reality and Qi Qi story is know as fiction. Manga for example Interesting.

 

or we go the conventional route of making the current timeline REALLY FUCKING FAR in the future. note that the year is in the 3000s. if we consider that Qi Qi is from our era, then this would be quite legit

 

or we can go the route where Qi Qi's real body is still in stasis, and all this robo shiz is just her dreaming nonstop in a semi lucid manner. something like the Matrix. actually, never seen a manga that pulls out something like this. closest i got is Danganronpa 2

but as it turns out it wasn;t the same Qiqi. She was switched while on the mission.
And now they switch it back?

I would be freaking about stable time loop.
What if She dind;t become sentient robot. What if she was one from start. Simply had amnesia? And she is looping?

I think that 02 altered the timeline significantly enough (by having his data collected by the princess, something that I think hasn't happened in the previous timeline, because although 02 knew that 03 would have a fight with terrorists, he wasn't aware of the source of that "surprise attack"); it's still possible that the robot QiQi could have been a robot from the start (of her awakening), because (in the previous timeline) she was sentient before being given the soul core by 02.

I’m thinking we will meet the someone who deposited QiQi’s human soul into the 03. It would be nice if they revealed that. The Who, the what, the how QiQi’s human self came to be inside 03. Well at least I hope they will reveal that.

that feeling when you see another player use your main character much more efficiently than you do, and amazes you with what said character could do but you never knew. QiQi is so top-tier, she can't use the low-tier OS to QQ. ("if I win, I'm awesome; if I lose, it's my char's fault for being weak")

It should be 6 months before 02 meets QiQi personally (he should've become sentient one year before meeting QiQi), so I'm looking forward to see what he meant with this

, what's going to happen if/when the two bosses meet each other, eventually, and if the three characters (QiQi, 02, boss) will choose to avoid interfering in the present timeline (QiQi has inferior parts for now, so it would be better for her this way; but getting her executor parts repaired would mean coming in contact with Freyer at one point, thus altering the future, or someone else who happens to be able to repair her -- the ship's Professor, somehow, for example), or if Roxanne will be relevant enough to change the future.

All this talk about time travel and everyone is overlooking the gloriousness that is 02! UNACCEPTABLE! Bask in his unparalleled trollishness!

According to Stephen Hawking, "preservation" to the future base on Stasis or FTL into thousands of years  into the future counts as Time Travel.

 

There was a Time Travel special I think on Discovery Channel a few years ago that talked about it too. (such as on a train traveling in FTL for a few month into hundreds of years into the future)

I miss Discovery channel... too poor since 4~5 years ago and had to cancel cable TV and Phone, only thing I have now is Internet... (I use internet phone as my main phone, only phone actually, I don't have mobile either, feelsbadman)

I'll have to disagree with Stephen Hawking then, even if he is THE Stephen Hawking. I understand stasis may be considered future travel because your molecules are pretty much "frozen in time", however, it's not true that this is time travel. You're not skipping a time frame and heading into another. You're keeping your constitution safe by freezing it down to molecular level, in order to protect it from the passage of time. Your existence will continue through all those long years you're frozen. Your body will just not be affected by it

How do you know it was time travel? She went from falling into a coma while in suspended animation/stasis to awakening in a robot body... who knows what happened between the two events?
