This was really beautiful. I don't mean the plot though. xD The plot was okay, it didn't really speak to me. Anyways, the art was lovely. I love how it was done, it was very dynamic and the colours were nice. ^^ AND THE SCANLATION QUALITY. BEAUTIFUL. It was cleaned and edited so wonderfully I actually checked the source to make sure it wasn't for some reason originally written in English. The English text looked like it belonged there. I know that's not easy under normal circumstances, and these were colour pages. Hat tip to the scan team, you guys are pros! <3
and i thought it's an adaptation from that survival video game "i am alive"
The moral is:
Buy "Alive" brand pencils; one will last your entire childhood!
Also, TV is a bad influence... on inanimate objects.

I agree, but I think it's also about thinking you were the reason for others happiness, but no one notices it, no one thanks you, you are in the shadow and you hunger for approval. And it feels very parent-like: when your child is already not relying on you this much as he did in his childhood, this child doesn't value your intake on his bringing up and all the staff you did for him, can't see the pains you took for his happiness, etc. And then this child finds someone to replace you- a friend, a lover, then makes a whole new family. Maybe I'm overthinking it a bit.
I too am a bit confused, but i think it's telling how many people is arrogant about their life by using this "alive" pencil. In the end we're just the same with any living things, died without bringing anything in life.
Maybe i'm just thinking too much...
