though the yaoi tag should be taken out since nothing happened. in fact...why is there a yaoi and shounen ai tag?

Not sure if this is considered yaoi, or even bl, but for anyone else holding their breath like I did while reading this, there's no smut (I took of that tag).
Edit: I was so confused on how this story would be considered smut. Imagine how confused I still am because someone labelled this as smut?!?
