To me it felt very open ended. Sure it seems they're together at the end, but it still feels very vague between them by the end.
Maybe the author intended that, as realistically most people need to spend a good amount of time together for feelings to develop.
But it never seems like there was development, in the sense from the guy, from a small seed slowly blossoming to a flower.
Nor was there any tension.
It's more like the everyday of prophets, with a dash of something toward the end. It depends on how you view it.
Even romance aside, plot or characters seem underdeveloped. It's just more of the conversations between the characters, so nothing really stood out.
Grand had a good dream, his character still felt very 2D. Same with everyone to be honest.
Overall, this short story feels not bad, but nothing good either.
