Yeah, it's like one subsection of Josei/Shoujo. Bromance too hard between bishounens with (sometimes) kinda suggestive moves that we're sure it's just a step from a romance, but no, it won't fall into romance. Like 7-Ghost, Karneval, Hakkenden, di[e]ce, and the hardcore one, Number...

^This. I thought Karneval was shounen ai for a good while, and its also Josei. it just stays on a friendship level. So no its fine...no shounen ai or yaoi xD
