Haha, I didn't read this for the longest time because I thought it was shounen ai... she's so boyish! I kinda like the childhood friend the best, but he seems to have the smallest role, unfortunately...
I normally hate harems, but this is good. I love Yamamoto Kotetsuko's art, and I hope she draws more josei/romance in the future. It's refreshing to see her draw a protagonist with breasts. Although, I love her yaoi, too. Aki from Honto Yajuu is my fav. Shiratori from Fukurou-kun no Kare is really good, too.
is this manga completed or still ongoing in japan? manga-updates says ongoing while MAL states that it's completed, so how it is?
Well, we've already got the translation for the whole volume 3 and our translator is working on volume 4 now. So, we might update this more often now

From the summary and the appearance of the cover page... it looks shoujo with possible harem. I suppose I shall have to read to confirm.
