I see the logic, I just wouldn't apply it to elves and dwarves in a fantasy world, but it's a manga, and I've definitely accepted weirder.
I’d say the smol dwarf masquerading as a busty elf is a little weirder
It seems those special powers have their own drawbacks. Imagine it as a very specific evolutionary advantage that becomes pretty useful in their natural environment, but not so much outside of it. In real life, crippling overspecialization (trope!) can indeed lead to extinction if the balance is broken.
Gimli
A dwarf with an axe.. that's so weird.
Nope gotta remember it has to do with "target" ... they bullied "HIM"... and basically touched what she considers her property so yeah you've wronged her and now you get eaten.
Especially since she's pretty much specifically put it that way herself. He is *special* to her. Enough to the point where he can set a boatload of conditions on their contract and she not only agrees but only takes "half" when last time she took "all" ... so yeah her obsession with him is maxed out at the very least.
He's partied with an elin berserker. Nice.
Well this comment just saved me 18 weekly chapters worth of reading time. I'll come back when there's more chapters so I can binge read this.
an interesting series with a monthly release but with weekly quantity of pages ...
I'd say dwarves had it a little better, actually. Since they weren't designed by the creator but rather his subordinate, they were more resistant to
the corruption from Sauron's rings. And Morgoth, Sauron's superior, would torture and warp the nature of whatever life-form he could get his hands on.
Elves had it really bad, since they were usually immortal and he would take his time. He 'created' orcs, goblins, dragons, werewolves, balrogs, etc from
his experimentation. He actually might have won against the other Gods had he had taken his time to create more dragons and let them mature.
Also, that dark elf will be pretty stacked. Sadly, it'll probably be 50 or so years considering how they age.
That seems too one-sided, all life is capable of adapting, let alone in a world of magic.
An elf isn't a plant-human so no, and the dwarf part would apply to anyone, all intelligent life is capable of a vendetta.
Note: I'm just gonna roll with it, it's clearly manga logic at it's finest.
How would you ever get any class work done?
When I thought she was missing she shows up on another work....
This remind me of LotR world's human getting a gift (death) from the creator and it makes human much better than elf his previous creation.
Humans don't have strong points but they also don't have weak points. Drop a elf in the desert and it dies, drop a dwarf in the ocean and it dies, drop a human anywhere and it will get pissed and hunt you down everywhere.
No, it's the other way around.
Having no power but an incredibly will to survive and also a way shorter life spawn compared to other races (an usual trope not said in this chapter so I'm not sure if that's the case in their world) make humans ability to survive and reproduce sky-high.
There was a theory that because humans don't have any special powers, so they have high survival ability, they can live anywhere."
So let me get this straight, having special powers means you survive less as a species? I call bullshit.
Edit: I count 2 new pairs of boobs (flatties don't count), the Dark Erofu, and a Female Teacher.
Get ready! .... for the cliffhanger~.
Gyaru elf!! This manga's credibility just went up a notch.
where's my new chapter?
*munitious mood ensues*
