Wait, was that actually an amazing gag in that last panel? They went to a photo booth and tried to give themselves big googly anime eyes, but the face detection algorithm couldn't understand orc faces, and gave him massive nostrils instead? That's such a weirdly subtle yet elaborate detail that I feel like I might be imagining it.

Himekishi-san's eyes did go from 1/6th of her face to 1/4th of her face, so it does seem to be an intentional gag. Nice catch!
