This manga's interesting, kind of a cross between a quite stereotyped old school romance manga and Curious George. I kind of like it, but found myself running out of steam. It's like you knew exactly where it was going and they were just going to run around for a few volumes doing Snidely Whiplash trying to cheat her out of her inheritance or whatever until they got there, and I didn't have the patience to wait. But the girl is cute and her non-ladylike background makes her kind of empowered for a vintage manga heroine.
