needs update
Well, I don't think time period really matters in that case, it is more like in general.
Since there are people in the 1930's in this manga with cellphones laptops and nintendo Wii's, and one day it could be the great depression and the next day it could be the 90's and the day after that the 1700's in this manga, and also because this is a gag manga, not everything is going to be historically accurate.
Naked people rolling around in the grass?! What the...I just...NO. No, no, no. Especially not during that time period, when modesty was the norm.

Oh it's just simple, strip naked and rub margarine (not butter) all over your naked body, then sprinkle yourself with cinnamon powder before spinning round and round 14 1/2 times before shouting "HAIL HYDRA!" then POOF! The manga gets magically uploaded to Batoto.
