Who is Im Dal Young and why does everyone seem to hate him so much? I've partially read a few series he wrote but I don't think they are terrible, though a lot of them seem stalled or unfinished.

I always understand a hiatuses manga, a Mangaka circumtances about their health or labor(except Im Dal Young and Yoshihiro Togashi).

I feel like it's pretty hypocritical of the father to say "No, I love my wife too much, I could never remarry!" but force his son into an arranged marriage with a woman he's never met before... Like, doesn't your son deserve a chance to fall in love and pick his own wife?

I actually had no idea it was a redraw of Im Dal Young's work.  I guess I have an instinct to know when something's written by him.  I should trust my instincts more...

You're mistaken. This isn't the remake. IDL has nothing to do with what you've been reading.

And thus you have your answer. You only "partially" read his series. He only "partially" finishes em. Try finishing most of em. You can't because the endings doesn't exist.

The issue is the arranged marriage and evaluating her like a object, not the age difference.  She's sexy, she can cook, she doesn't clean. etc etc. Here is a thought, date first and then if you find some connection, maybe progress to her moving in or what not.

The issue is with her too, she's accepting all this way too much, too easily.  Both sides just using each other for the most superficial shallow selfish reasons, not a good bases for marriage.

So far he hasn't even seemingly had a proper conversation with her, not even a casual one.

Oh so that's why she never got married.  She's a slob.

By being very slow in the reveal, this story can take many different routes... hopefully it stays vanilla...

(Low salt diet is better for diabetics than otherwise, but the real issue is sugar/carbs. Salt is really only an issue because both diabetes and salt intake are bad for your heart, cutting salt alone wont do shit)

Or maybe, just maybe because not every country is an increasingly dysfunctional Western one? I know the west had a crusade against everything from supposed patriarchy, "toxic masculinity", "supposedly cultural gender rules" all the way to manspreading and mansplaining. Doesn't mean you get to expect it from countries outside of the Western sphere who very much aren't buying into it nor supporting it. It has very little to do with sexism, misogyny or whatever buzzword people like to throw around. It simply is an entirely different culture that did not buy for the most part into the massive ideological shift that occured in the West the same as most of the rest of the world hasn't. Then again, in the West you basically produced an outcome that has seen gender relations deteriorate to the point of open hostility, mutual distrust and a refusal to engage with one another. Where the vast mayority of the sub 40 year old guys refuse to get married for various reasons etc. If this is sexism, then you are engaging in cultural imperialism. Trying to force your views and ideas upon other people, expecting their culture and customs to change to your whims.

are you sure this author (tamrin) is the same ‘tam rin’ as premarital relationship. It seems very likely but I want to confirm it because it seems like this author is working on his other works right now (premarital relationship and hyulla’s clan) and I’m not sure if this series ends at
