Roman Catholics ARE Christians.  ANY religion that has Jesus (aka Christ) as the focus is considered a Christian faith.  And even though sex outside of marriage is considered wrong, the bible still says that it is better to place one's "seed" inside a prostitute than to spill it out onto the floor. So does that make sex with prostitutes okay? Probably not, but since all religious texts are written by humans, and then translated into multiple languages, there just MIGHT be some mistakes or confusing language used.

They're not Christians, they are Roman Catholics. Also, if MC has really been reading the bible he should know that sex is a sin if done before marriage. Having the intimate relationship only with your spouse is considered good.

Call me crazy, but last time I checked Roman Catholics were very much part of the christian religion.

If the author really wanted to go the extra mile, they probably could've given her a quote or three from Song of Solomon / Song of Songs.  Augustine's famous quotes  "Grant me chastity and continence, but not yet" or "Complete abstinence is easier than perfect moderation" would've probably been a good fit for the main character at some point too.

Just so you guys know, that's called fornication.

What an interesting oneshot. The art looks like AKB-49's manga with a hint of Furuya Usamaru and the Bakuman/Death Note duo. The title cover looks like it comes from some indie alt-manga. The style and tone are too normal to be called outright absurdist, yet too offbeat to be called normal. The way it played out you can almost consider it to have a moral (lol) message about sexual liberation and religious fanaticism or whatever, but not really.

I...eh, you know what, I think I like it.

Edit: oh, and one more thing -- bloody good job, typesetter/redrawer. That cover must have been hell to typeset properly in English but you got the original style down pat.
