anyone else saw uiharu and tsuchimikado in chapter 17?

no one pick this even after the anime appear in greater number of episode ...
is the manga so bad thus no one take interest in this ?

Didn't know there was a sequel to the manga. I assume this follows where the first manga left? The light novel has TONS of content after that.
