This really doesn't feel like Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid at all. I think you are rather rash to claim this is a clone merely because there is a dragon and a human pairing.
This story, however, is off to a rocky start. The setup feels very amateur.
Let me be the first to inform you that Cool K is not the first person to adore dragons and write random stuff with them enjoying daily life.
The earliest concrete example I can think of off the top of my head is an American novel from the 80's ("Tea with the Black Dragon"), but I suspect the idea may be few millennia older than that.
You have to make your stomach growl, bud. Having a growling stomach gets you out of a lot of situations.
