After things don't work out with Anna, Yuu changes his name to Ishigami to make sure she stays away, and becomes treasurer of the student council

Furthermore it's simply more interesting to read about someone overcoming his difficulties and accomplishing something rather than someone competent getting the things he wants on his lap through natural course of events.

Except seinen romance MMCs never change one bit. They're "nice guys"(which in seinen world is the hottest type of guy) from the beginning. In fact that's what considered most attractive about them.

I mean can you imagine a manga where a "nice guy"-ish MMC actually puts in effort and hits the gym, learns to speak up and generally not be a bitch? The REEEEEEEEEEEEEEE would be Earth-shattering.

For the live of me i can't understand japan and their obsession of making the male MC an unattractive loser. Why can't we get someone who's popular, handsome, friendly etc?

It's getting really irritating

Because for a lot of people manga (and anime too) is about putting yourself in the shoes of the MC in a situation you wouldn't find in your everyday life. Most otaku would find it hard to self-insert into interactions as someone well-adapted and pretty much perfect hence the series aren't very fun for them to read unless it has a really good story.

Overboard Sexual Tension: The Manga

Aww, I wish there was more than this. I liked what was there though.

Read shoujo manga there is a ton of them

My thoughts exactly

Because that's the male MC of over the other half of mangas where the focus is not in the male MC but the female MC?

Oh really?  You're just avoiding to lose by playing around with the term, love interest in a shoujo manga often means that the guy is also a main character in the story. A lot of shoujo manga have balanced portrayal of both the male and female character as the main characters. They often switched point of view between the guy and the girl in shoujo manga, unless it is reverse harem type where the girl is the only point of view in the story. That will become another discussion where it will be a will fullfilment for girls to have a lot of perfectly handsome, smart and sporty guys to chase for a plain, shy, socially inept girl (which is basically the same as normal harem, just reverse the male and female position).

Your complain is basically moot because you're looking at the wrong place and when people pointing it out you won't even listen. Try to read some shoujo manga, really.

Did i offend you in some way? You sound really angry. And no, what i meant is that a manga with the point of view of that character NOT the main love interest. Learn to read.

Oh and, learn the definition of Main character will you?

Naah, you can clearly see that he's design to be unattractive. And he's not normal, considering that he call the main girl raijuu. Dude, those are not the MC, they are the love interest for the shoujo mc. And at least they're more realistic than bland and unattractive mc who's popular with the girls just because he's "kind"

They're not the main MC/PoV friend

The MC on this story seems normalish to me, he may doesn't have many friends but he can talk just fine, doesn't have creepy perverted tendencies or anything, it seems to me that other people just selfishly sticking label without even knowing about him just because he is otaku, instead it feels like that his classmates are bullies. I prefer to have less friends but loyal than have a lot of friends that can easily degrade other people without any guilt.

PS. you can find popular, handsome, friendly guys in shoujo mangas, they usually sparkles and there's roses everytime they appears and apparently every single girl in the manga fawns over him.

Godammit, japan and they shit taste. Why didn't they seriallized it already. *cryinthecornerroon*

This story has injected some intense sugary goodness into my brain... Ugh, I need more! Why is it a one-shot???

I NEED MORE TO SURVIVE

Everything Kuzushiro writes is cute.

WHY IS THIS JUST A ONESHOT!?

It makes me reminded of Seishun Rikon. But actually, this one is simply better.

C-Cute.

omg this manga reached the top of the popular series just within 16 hours

They'll add another "Hasumi" that makes Yuu jealous, even though Anna doesn't mind. And then there's another "Hasumi" who's Yuu's childhood friend, whom Anna does mind. And then there's two other "Hasumi" who's a pair on their own. These six Hasumi's will then be chosen to be in the same team for a baseball tournament. There will be disagreements. So the manga will be called Hasumi Discor-

hasumi rinne tensei

Very nice.

But if it gets serialized i hope it wont add another heroine to get a love triangle cause thats seriously the worst thing a manga can do.
