-Yeah, but it is still enjoyable, like Doraemon, Dragon Ball and other manga I have read.

Good people hanging out.
Evil gang come and shit over everything.
Good people get abused terribly (maybe kidnapped if they're a girl).
Hibino and gang hear about it and run to save them.
Shit starts getting rough and the long haired sidekick of Hibino gets there in the nick of time.
Beats up the midboss evil guy in the gang.
Main boss shows up and shit looks to be getting rough.
Then Hibino comes and saves the day acting like a faggot.
Where's his ambition of world domination also? All he does is act like a retard.
The manga wouldn't be so bad, if it were shorter, but it gets really repeitive after a while, or rather, it feels ass-pulled and forced. Like taking some weak girl with you to raid the enemy who are shown as really evil bastards, and suprise suprise, she ends up getting kidnapped and almost raped.
But don't worry. She'll get saved right in the nick of time. I wouldn't mind living in that place you know - all you'd need to do to get away with most shit is to be a little thoughtful as the police seem to be nowhere.
