Apparently last volume (8 chapters) are new project/arc/cast. Guy who worked on it said it was so bad that U-Prod dropped it.

So if you were interested in story so far it ended with chapter 25.

Damn that ending was rushed it feels like author just forgot to write 2/3 chapters before it.

Blah. Emotions were toyed with. Can't understand why I read this. It was promising, but it was already destined to be short lived and I suffered from its ridiculous character relationship chart.

Still whatever. I'll read the last chapter if/when it comes out.

He just married her out of nowhere even though he'd been in love with Kamiki for most of the manga.

Eh it was an ok story. Start seem interesting but I felt like I got troll.

Well, not only Harkua doesn't love the guy she's gonna marry, but to top it all he is a piece of trash...
How can she say she's gonna be happy ?

Well we get the shitty troll ending, but it wasn't anything unexpected. Halfway through the series, the manga was becoming really stupid with the most non-creative plot. It also felt really immature to the point where it got me wondering if the mangaka had ever been in a relation to come up with such lame plot twists and one awfully pitiful and unlikeable MC. I could see from a mile away this trash wasn't going anywhere, and if the volume sales were decent in Japan, then there had to have been something wrong in the minds of Japanese readers or they have some shallow expectations for plot in a romantic manga. All in all, I am glad this series is getting axed, because publishers should not waste their resources and editors on such crappy mangakas. If people find this mangaka's artsyle intriguing, then hopefully he can find a decent writer to work with, because his scriptwriting ability is absolutely terrible, or rather inexistent.

i am not feeling it about ch 23-25 it feels like its forced or rushed..... was this series axed or something i mean if he really likes the idol how could he change his mind like that just cause of 1 letter? maybe i don't understand because we don't have this happy project as a normal thing.

Yay the Childhood friend wins! Author's all like "F**k you guys, I do what I want"

The only reason I can explain this to myself is that it got axed and the mangaka threw his arm into the air and shouted "screw this I don't care anymore". Because let us just sum that up for a moment.

The main character wasn't in love with his childhood friend. Yes she loved him but he didn't love her at all. The only reason he got together with her is because he felt obligated to do so. And that's going to be the person he's going to spend the rest of his life with.

- Haruka loved the main character. She is now left to marry the douchebag she DOESN't love. Also the main character did love Haruka.

- The douchebag won. He got the girl that doesn't love him, got rid of his rival, he abused his power and influence and got away with everything looking forward to a bright future. (With a wife who doesn't love him in the slightest and is only with him because of a debt.)

- We never get a conclusion to the other two, sure it isn't as important but still.

- Did I mention that the main character does NOT love his childhood friend and Haruka doesn't love the guy she's going to marry?!


So the message of this manga can be summed up with. "No matter what you do you wont achieve love and it is better to stick with what is close to you even if that isn't what you want. You should comply to your fate of being mediocre and never achiving anything or finding true love. Unless you have money, power and connections then you can do whatever you want and will get away with it."

I was rooting for Kaede from the beginning, but I would have liked to see a battle. If it's true that this is the end of this group and a new one is starting then I'm assuming the author or editor wanted this group ending fast. No closure for any other character, not even the slightest. The rich prick never got his comeuppance, I was looking forward to seeing him squirm.

It started off well. I'd say the author had a plan but something happened when he hit the double digit chapters.

So in the end, it's like that...huh...The MC is weak and so is his resolve, he promised to help and marry the Idol girl but he wavered due to a letter he just read...

@Slater, nope that's end of the story for this bunch. All new characters and story starting in ch 26.

Every character in this manga is so boring and useless. Except that crazy scheming girl.

I had high hopes for this manga, until it started the bullshit of 'Lets' get married, even though we've only just met'. They could have tried to make it remotely realistic in terms of character, too bad they're far too shallow.

Yuck.

Well, I don't think it will end this way. There are still 6 chapters left enough to change the whole way of the story like you saw in the past chapters. *g*
Who knows? Kaede could act like a bitch and everything was set up by Kaede, haruka and richy rich. Ah, before I forget it, can somebody explain me, why there were no reaction after he heard, that she made a bet behind his back? I don't really get it, was it normal to just accept it this way? If yes, can you show me the guy who would act like that.


The mangaka isn't really good. I think he better should concentrate on one-shots.
This manga started really good, but he wasn't able to continue it like expected.
I read the past chapters and they were horrible. You can bring this sh*t if you have more than 50 chapters or better more than 100 chapters. (like knim and ge)
Everything was kinda forced...but man, lucky he finally found the letter. *lol*
