Cisnormativity warning? Apparently even reading about individuals who are not confused about their gender or sexuality can trigger people who lack even the slightest hint of "mental health privilege".
I think "Cisnormativity" in this case refers to the fact that the crossdressing character doesn't display any personality traits usually associated with transgender people, making his characterization come across as titillating BL-fanservice dreamed up by a straight woman who has no idea how either homosexuality or gender identity works.
Whoever wrote the summary (prior to it being changed) probably didn't like the manga and wanted to get some passive-aggressive snark in there without being too obvious.
