I actually feel the opposite. I hate when scanlators decide to include fan-colored pages, in particular if they're entirely replacing the normal pages. If you have to include them, at least have the normal page and then the fan colored one after it, so reading that one is optional, or put them at the end.
I agree. She stuck it out for a long time and when she left she didn't do anything particularly vindictive. At that point in his life, flower-shop-guy wasn't ready to be a good provider and she had to find someone who was. Older-male/younger-female relationships usually work better than older-female/younger-male relationships for that reason.
I don't blame Sayuri at all, really. His business was collapsing with no end in sight, and he couldn't even bring himself to propose to her and reassure her he's in this for the long haul for her. Had he made that effort, she likely would't have done that and stuck it out. She may have loved him but the odds of them working out at all just weren't in their favor, so she went for a clean break. Of course she didn't really "forget" him and not love him anymore, but she had to say that to draw a line in the sand. It's pretty cliche things turn around literally the day she decides to do this, but that's just silly writing, not her fault for not waiting.
I guess your right but in her defense she is 7 years older (29 at that time 2 years ago) and her life is insecure. She has debt, hasn't been proposed to neither sees him proposing in the near future, is getting pressure by her family that she needs to look after her own happiness and that she is not going to get younger. All in all I guess she couldn't stand that lifestyle, the pressure and the anxiousness of insecurity. She immediately married someone else out of convenience but seems to still have lingering feelings for him
This manga was sure strange, maybe because I can't find a good thing in cutting off flowers to put their slow decomposition on display...
It's rather strange, people get abhorred by the practice to mount dead animals or parts of them onto the wall, but nearly noone gets abhorred by [or even seriously thinks about the practice of] placing the reproductive organs of plants on display, watching them rot away.
That's equal to cutting off the lower body of animals to showcase their reproductive organs, which is quite the extreme and distorted thing to do if you ask me.
ma è meraviglioso questo manga..grazie mille
I like the female MC. She's a tough cookie.
prefer this story over the current one by the same mangaka, Living no Matsunaga-kun
Stupendo! <3 Grazie per averlo tradotto ^-^
Davvero bello *_* grazie mille.
Troppo bellooooooooooo!!! <3 <3 <3
That was very nice.
I was thinking, though . . . what if she'd been taken in by a kind, thoughtful fishmonger?
"And in the language of haddock, it means . . ."
a nice and pleasant short read.
Wow, that Sayuri woman was not worth his love.
Ah, perfection.
Whaaaa, hermoso, hermosisimo. <3
I love this manga!!!!! The setting is a little diff than your typical shoujo. Digging it.
Her father...*smh*
Non vedo l'ora di leggere il continuo!!! =D <3
Honestly though, I know it's shoujo, but I think Shion needs stability and more good people in her life, before romance. Otherwise it will consume her and leave her worse off if it fails.
Bellisssimooooo !!! Grazie del vostro lavoro
I like how even the art can get dramatic when the plot calls for it. There were some great shots in the last few chapters. Also, does anyone else think that the occasional flatness of the characters' eyes is a nice touch?
