I'm not sure how the Japanese describes the way the wings and pressure work, but after rereading ch. 5, I didn't see where they said pressure increases with altitude. If anything, the way the wings work seem more consistent with balloons. So, in a region of high pressure near the ground, the pressure is "compressing" the wings similar to how the volume of a balloon reduces in low altitude, then at higher altitude and lower pressure, the wings expand again like a balloon. Of course, a balloon's buoyancy doesn't actually change with altitude, so I think the wings function somewhat like ballutes (balloon-parachutes) used in high-altitude drops. They expand under low pressure, increasing the surface area, which then allows the wind to blow them away.
That thing about the wings made no sense. If there was something about the wings that made her buoyant, tying them to her body would not make them any less buoyant. This would have been more believable if they had explained it w/ wind pushing their light bodies away. (Still not super believable, but at least I might be able to suspend my disbelief for that)

The story itself wasn't bad, tho'. Although her father's words didn't make sense, IMO.

Yeah pressure thing makes no sense. Pressure should decrease as you increase in altitude. The only logical explanation I can think of is that they control the pressure of the earth so they can fly. In some weird way, they get the pressure to increase as they get closer to their skyland, which allows the humans to fly (since the air would have to be more dense to allow easier flight).

The air pressure talk in ch.5 made no sense. The preassure is higher on the ground and lowers the higher you go, not the opposite.

I've double-checked and even the discuss with the proofreader but it's still written as 上回る(higher) . I'm not expert about physics, but i guess kumichi-sensei is wrong about it lol.

Chapter 5 is her debut works huh? I see that the storytelling is not as good as the other four, still enjoyable and show author's quality straight in debut. And thanks bosen for completing the series, I never get bosen for this story :D
