Hmm. (resorts to watching the anime)
Since we got the second and possibly the first requirement, we need someone like the guy/girl translating +tic Neesan? I'm fairly certain that he/her lost their sanity long ago translating a series that gets at least one 'WTF' comment each chapter. I know I lost what little sanity I had left reading it.
