btw this doesn't really feel like a shoujo, it's kinda like shounen (but not WSJ shounen), added by the fact the loli really loli-ish (wut)
Because it's a Shoujo manga, and because there needs to be something "different" about them to distinguish them from the antagonists.
According to Manga Updates, the series is completed; given the recruiting page the scanlators have, it's easy to see the problem. Mostly that Pokemon is still airing and there are a fair number of Smutty manga out there.
Sigh. Why do such morbid stories always have to go down the "make me human again" path? Why can't they just become society's destruction scheming machines?
Darn, if only this would come out more frequently...

My first impression of the first chapter (in rage meme)
At first it looks like a generic "Hero Has Come". But, let's see what we will get next. First impression is often fooling me.
